Manuel G. Vesa is a designer based in Woodland Hills, California. He has been involved in a variety of planning and design projects ranging from corporate facilities, health care facilities, single family residences, showrooms, environmental graphics, and furniture design. Prior to private practice, Vesa worked for Herman Miller as a Designer. He designed planning guides and space standards for systems furniture used in health care, and corporate facilities. He designed educational and promotional graphics. He co-authored a Research Paper, The Surgery Suite with Herman Miller Research Corporation. He designed corporate showrooms in New York, Boston, Washington D.C., Atlanta, and Brussels, Belgium. He also provided consulting services to corporate clients as Director of Professional Services. Vesa has also worked as director of design or as design consultant with Architecture firms such as Medical Planning Associates, Gensler & Associates, Rossetti & Associates, and others. Vesa received a BFA with Honors from Art Center College of Design in Pasadena, California. He has taught at Art Center, and served on the Art Center Alumni Board of Directors.
