Stance Healthcare Introduces Three Collections for Behavioral HealthPopular Verity, Jensen and Vista II collections get BH-grade updates on the heels of 2021 Healthcare Design award win for BH product
CHARLOTTE, N.C. – Stance Healthcare, a leader in furniture design and manufacturing for general and Behavioral Healthcare facilities, has evolved three of its best-selling lines – Verity, Jensen and Vista II – for Behavioral Health (BH) environments. Developed with maximum safety, comfort and durability in mind, the new collections are available for purchase beginning November 30. The new releases come weeks after the company took home the Nightingale GOLD Award win – their third HCD award in four years – for Stance’s BH dining collection, Flo, at the 2021 Healthcare Design Conference + Expo.
The new Verity Lounge Collection for Behavioral Health, an extension of Stance Healthcare’s popular Verity line for general healthcare settings, now offers a choice of metal legs or extended arms to the floor for Behavioral Health. The ultra durable seating is known for its ability to withstand wear, tear and abuse in high-use environments. Verity is available in custom finishes and configuration options, and the sleek collection is also highly cleanable, with concealed clean-out space between the seat and back.
Also expanded for Behavioral Health environments is one of Stance’s 2021 new releases, the Jensen Lounge Seating Collection. Intentionally designed for today’s modern healthcare facilities, Jensen blends a stylish mid-century design with the strength of metal. Jensen, which is also offered in guest seating for general healthcare, features a 14-gauge powder coated steel frame, and a replaceable seat, back and arm caps. The Behavioral Health update for the line includes added weight options, bolt-to-floor brackets and the option of fully closed arms.
Rounding out the new Behavioral Health releases is Vista II for Behavioral Health. The metal seating collection satisfies all practical requirements for high-traffic healthcare spaces, featuring attractive aesthetics and a wide array of options that enhance functionality. The new BH update includes a welded sled base and cross rails for robust construction, tamper-resistant hardware and a wall-saver frame design that protects walls from damage.
“Evolving these three collections for Behavioral Health is a great way to close out this year of aggressive new product development at Stance,” said Carl Kennedy, Stance Healthcare’s president. “As demand continues to increase for Behavioral Health furniture, we are uniquely equipped to offer products that are not only durable, they just as importantly bring the added elements of comfort and cleanability that are often neglected in the marketplace. While tough and built to last, these are collections that also consider the experience and needs of the end-user – patients, visitors, and care providers.”
The Verity, Jensen, and Vista II collections for Behavioral Health are the latest of several new releases to launch this year from Stance Healthcare, which began 2021 with an aggressive product development agenda.
